2026 Independent Exhibitor Insurance

All Independent Exhibitors are required to purchase their insurance through the fair office. Cost is $40.00 per exhibitor no matter how many entries you have in each class.

Since an independent exhibitor does not have liability coverage through a sponsoring organization, a legal guardian or parent must be able to provide proof of liability coverage naming the fair as additionally insured and sign a waiver.

Proof of insurance or purchase of fair insurance is due to the Administration Office by July 1, 2026 at 5pm.

To verify your DNA Kit Submission, please click here for a complete list of all DNA kits. If the list shows you are missing anything required to be submitted to your kit, please email missing information to entries@santamariafairpark.com with your Ear Tag # as the subject.

Check Policies

ALL CHECKS WILL BE VOID SIX MONTHS AFTER DATE ISSUED – NO EXCEPTIONS
• If your check is not cashed within six months, the check will be void and not valid for reissue.
• If your check needs to be reissued within the six-month period, and you for some reason still have the original check, you will need to return that check to the Fair, before a reissue process will begin. Once the original check is received, the Fair will process a new check minus a $35.00 admin fee.
• If your check is lost, stolen or misplaced within the six-month period you may request to get a check reissued minus a $25.00 stop payment fee, and a $35.00 admin fee.
• THE FAIR WILL NOT ISSUE A SECOND REISSUE CHECK.
